The bulb on this produce was a LOT smaller than I was expecting. I'd say it holds about 8 ounces at best. Secondly, it doesn't have a one way valve because of it's design, which means you could insert it, inject the liquid and unintentially suck some of it back out.
All and all, it gets the job done, and it's cheaper than buying saline enemas if you frequent anal play. If you're just an occasional anal adventurer, I'd say buy the saline enema's from the drugstore.

This is a must if you are going to insert anything in the backdoor. Cleans out great so you have a mess to clean up later.
