This collar is the complete mix of comfort, quality and durability for the average light bdsm participant. A 1.25" wide English Bridle strap is lined with two layers of premium, plush mink faux fur. The 3/4" wide lockable top strap provides extra durability. The collar measures 1.5" in width. There are eight sizing notches to ensure a comfortable fit, however, it's designed to fit 13-19 inch necks. Note: Locks are not included.
